Return and Refund Policy
We love our Goda products and are confident you will too! That’s why we offer a 30-Day Guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with the results, we'll give you a refund within 30 days upon receipt of order and requests beyond 30 days are subject for approval.
To initiate a refund, please read the instructions below:
- Email support@godaperfume.com with your order number and reason/s for refund. If the product is defective, kindly include in your email a photo or video showing the defective item you got.
We will issue an email confirmation once the refund has been approved and processed. Please note that the total refund amount does not include the shipping fee.
- If you believe that the item was damaged in shipping, we require you to contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
- To cancel an order, please contact us with the same email address as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. However, if your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item/s back from you and have processed them at our warehouse.
Return Policy for Wholesale Orders (Over $150)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how our return policy works, especially regarding large orders and fraud prevention:
To maintain fair access to our products for all customers, we do not allow returns for large orders. Large orders are defined as any single order or multiple orders placed by the same customer that exceed 5 units or a value limit of $100
- Fraud Prevention
In our efforts to prevent fraudulent activities, any order identified as a large order and found to be fraudulent will not be eligible for returns or refunds. We take fraud very seriously and reserve the right to refuse service and cancel any orders we suspect to be fraudulent.
- Why This Policy?
Large orders can quickly deplete our stock, making it hard for others to purchase the items they need. By restricting returns on large orders and combating fraud, we can keep our products available for everyone and maintain fair pricing and stock levels.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS — REFUND AND CANCELLATION
For customers enrolled in GODA's subscription program:
• Pre-Billing Reminders: You will receive an email reminder before each upcoming renewal charge. The reminder will include the charge amount, scheduled billing date, and a direct link to skip the order, pause your subscription, or cancel — all without contacting customer support.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Self-Service Portal (godaperfume.com → Manage Subscription) or by emailing support@godaperfume.com. There are no cancellation fees.
• Refunds on Subscription Charges: If you were charged for a subscription order you did not intend to place, or if you did not receive your order, please contact us at support@godaperfume.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review your request and, where applicable, issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds on Unfulfilled Orders: If a subscription order has not yet shipped, we will cancel and refund it in full upon request, with no conditions.
Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied. If you have any questions about a charge, please reach out before contacting your bank — we will resolve it promptly.
